The primary aim of Nana Abuna V Education Fund is to support needy but brilliant pupils within the community up to the University level. Under the scheme, the children would be provided with school uniforms, books, bags, sandals and cash for a year’s school fees. He said the scholarship would step up enrolment in schools, boost education among children in the community and help to reverse the trend of poor examination results recorded in the area.

Over twenty children were presented with scholarship packages during the launching of the Education Fund which was also supported by Mr Emmanuel Botchway, Executive Chairman of Regimanuel Gray Limited, who donated some amount as seedmoney for the fund.
